Established in 2003, TJL Associates Limited (TJL) is an innovative, performance-based property investment and development company that draws on our extensive and in-depth property knowledge to deliver high-end commercial and residential developments.

TJL’s in-depth knowledge of the development and revenue process gives TJL the ability to develop strategies that incorporate all elements of a development programme from initial conceptualisation, through design, consent procedures, finance, construction, leasing and sales.
These development programmes are undertaken in stages which allows for additional design and cost scrutiny and management. This process provides the ability to review the previous stage’s deliverables and outcomes prior to commencing the next stage of works.
